The Role

We're seeking a proactive Parts Interpreter to take full ownership of our parts function. As the sole operator in the department, you'll be the trusted specialist ensuring the right parts are interpreted, sourced, and supplied to keep our fleet and equipment performing at their best.

This is an independent role where you'll be empowered to run the department end-to-end. The position also includes a company vehicle for work use only.

Day to day, you'll:

Interpret, source, and supply parts for our fleet and equipment.

Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier relationships.

Negotiate competitive pricing and drive cost-effective solutions.

Maintain accurate ordering systems, reporting, and compliance.

Work closely with workshop and operations teams to reduce downtime.

About You

You're an experienced Parts Interpreter (or from a similar background) who thrives when given independence and responsibility. You're organised, reliable, and solutions-driven – the person people rely on to get things done.

You must have 3-5 years of experience in parts interpretation or procurement to be considered for this position.

Australian work authorisation is required at the time of application.

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in parts interpretation, procurement, or inventory management (waste, transport, or heavy equipment experience a bonus)

Detail-focused, self-motivated, and confident working independently.

Skilled in supplier negotiations and stock control/ordering systems.

Safety-conscious with a focus on sustainability.

Holds a current driver's licence.

You must hold a current, valid car licence .
