Do you live and breathe 4x4? Do you know your way around bull bars, lift kits, rims & tyres, and all things off-road? MAC 4x4 – Off-Road Animal Cockburn is looking for a driven and knowledgeable Sales Person to join our team.

About Us

At MAC 4x4, we sell and fit a wide range of quality 4x4 accessories, including bull bars, lift kits, canopies, driving lights, roof racks, dual battery systems, rims & tyres, and much more. We pride ourselves on offering expert advice, top-notch service, and tailored solutions to our customers – from weekend adventurers to fleet and trade clients.

The Role

As the Sales Assistant/2IC, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling:

Phone, email, and face-to-face sales enquiries

Trade and fleet customer relationships

Customer quotes, invoicing, and follow-ups

Working closely with the workshop team to ensure smooth installs and customer satisfaction

Social media Marketing, using Facebook, Instagram & TikTok to promote the business and work we do

Work with Workshop staff to ensure a smooth build process for customer vehicles

What We’re Looking For

Extensive 4x4 knowledge (fitting experience highly desirable)

Sales experience within the automotive industry

Ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional customer service

Creative thinker who can bring new ideas and energy to the role

Strong communication and organisational skills
