What You’ll Do:

Inbound Calls & Emails: Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide top-notch service.

Be a Problem Solver: Help customers with their questions, find solutions, and ensure they have the best experience possible.

Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients and work closely with our team to deliver outstanding service.

Make an Impact: Your voice matters! You'll play a key role in keeping our customers happy and helping the company grow.

What We’re Looking For:

Positive Attitude: If you’re upbeat, friendly, and love talking to people, this is the job for you!

Energy experience preferred: Have Energy industry experience? We would love to hear about it!

Great Communication Skills: Whether it’s over the phone or via email, you know how to get your point across clearly and with a smile. Must have phone experience.

Contact Centre / Call Centre Experience: We are requiring strong phone skills for this role and not only face to face customer service, eg. hospitality / retail experience. Must have inbound / outbound call experience.

Problem-Solving Mindset: You’re resourceful, proactive, and always looking for solutions.

Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Motivated & Reliable: You’re eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the company.
