About the role

Katanning Betta is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales/Customer Care Representative to join our team in Katanning, WA. This is a casual role, with the possibility of permanent/full time, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle. As a Sales/Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchasing decisions.

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. We treat our customers like family.

Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and requirements.

Demonstrate and showcase our products, ensuring customers are fully informed.

Provide knowledgeable advice and guidance to help customers find the best solutions.

Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries and concerns.

Maintain a tidy and organised store environment.

Contribute to the overall success of the store through sales and customer satisfaction.

If you have:

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail or home appliance industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.

Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about new products.

Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help customers.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
