About the Role

WorkPac are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Internal Sales Officer to join our client’s Bibra Lake branch for a 6-month maternity leave coverage. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting day-to-day branch operations, and assisting in achieving revenue and margin targets.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions

Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams for on-time delivery

Handle payments including cash, cheque, and EFTPOS transactions

Assist with receiving, dispatching, loading, and unloading of goods

Maintain effective stock control, inventory management, and branch reporting

Support marketing activities, in-store promotions, and branch presentation

Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS procedures, and maintain high housekeeping standards

Collaborate with team members and provide support or training when required

Skills and Experience Required

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or warehousing

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/POS systems

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a busy environment

Commitment to workplace health and safety

Positive, proactive attitude and a strong team player
