About Us: Energy Services is a small, dedicated Registered Training Organisation (RTO) based in regional Victoria, committed to providing high-quality training and education in the Victorian electricity supply industry. We specialise in training in Live Line (glove and barrier/ stick) and HV Operating, alongside providing additional VESI units. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced full-time ESI trainer to join our team in Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering high-quality training and assessment in electrical units

Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

Travelling across Victoria to deliver training sessions on-premise for our clients

Providing support and guidance to students to help them achieve their learning goals

Participating in the creation of new courses and updating old courses

Qualification Requirements:

TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent

Certificate 3 Lineworker, cable jointer, or electrician

Current ESV electrical licence

High-risk work licence with endorsements in EWP, Dogging/ rigging

Experience in the Victorian Electricity Supply Industry (VESI)

Highly desirable:

Live Line stick qualification

Glove and Barrier qualification

HV Operating qualification

What We Offer:

Up to $176,000.00 inclusive of superannuation, leave loading and a vehicle allowance

Travel Allowances (LAHA) in addition to salary payments when required to work away from home
