Now, we’re looking for a customer-focused Implementation & Support Officer to join our growing team.
The Role
As a Workit Implementation & Support Officer, you’ll play a key role in helping new clients onboard successfully and supporting existing clients to get the most out of the platform.
You’ll work closely with our product teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience — from initial setup and data import to user training and post-launch support.
This is an ideal role for someone who’s passionate about customer success, enjoys solving problems, and wants to grow with a forward-thinking SaaS business.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage new client onboarding projects from start to finish.
Configure and tailor the Workit platform to meet each client’s needs.
Conduct user training sessions (online and/or onsite).
Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for client queries.
Collaborate with the product and development teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Contribute to knowledge base articles, FAQs, and client documentation.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
About You
You’re tech-savvy and confident learning new software systems.
You have strong communication skills and love helping people succeed.
You’re organised, proactive, and can manage multiple client projects at once.
You take ownership of client outcomes and care about delivering real value.
Preferred experience:
Previous experience in a SaaS, HR, or payroll software environment.
Familiarity with HRIS, onboarding, rostering, or compliance systems.
Knowledge of Australian employment and payroll standards (bonus).
Experience using CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar).
