Bainbridge Technologies is a leader in DC power solutions, and we are currently seeking a motivated Auto Electrician with 2–3 years of experience to join our dedicated production and R&D team.

Position Overview:-

You’ll be working within a close-knit team of 6, helping to design, test, and deliver Australia’s best quality DC power boards for the caravan and 4WD industry. This role is diverse and hands-on, offering the opportunity to apply your electrical skills across production, warranty testing, and product development in a supportive and skilled team culture where quality comes first.

Your main responsibilities and duties will include:-

Testing and quality-checking finished power boards before dispatch

Collating and assessing warranty claims and product faults

Assisting in the design of schematic layouts, specifications, and board templates

Supporting the team with hands-on testing and assembly when required

Sharing knowledge and providing guidance to team members

Your experience, skill set and qualifications will include:-

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good computing skills (MS Office Intermediate)

Qualified Auto Electrician (or equivalent DC electrical trade background)

Strong knowledge of DC systems across multiple voltages

2–3 years of relevant industry experience

Experience with schematic design, wiring layouts, or electrical drawings is highly regarded

A collaborative attitude with a willingness to share knowledge and help others grow

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Salary Range:- $110,000 plus super
Location:- Hemmant, Brisbane
Position Type:- Permanent Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm), Permanent Residency required
