We’re looking for a motivated and grounded Operations Manager to take the reins of our growing solar and A/C operations team across South Australia.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage and support install teams, contractors, and ops staff

Coordinate project delivery from sales handover through to final sign-off

Ensure installations are delivered safely, on time, and to high quality standards

Implement and refine systems for scheduling, procurement, compliance, and reporting

Work closely with directors and sales teams to align operational capacity with pipeline

🧰 You’ll Bring:

Experience in the solar and A/C industry – as an installer, team leader, or in technical support/sales

A natural leadership style – you know how to get the best out of a team

Strong organisational skills – scheduling, logistics, systems & processes are your thing

A keen eye for quality and safety

Ideally CEC accreditation or an electrical background (but not essential if you’ve got great ops chops!)
