We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our client - a global manufacturer and supplier of suspension systems and components for the transportation industry.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company known for innovation, quality, and reliability. In this role, you'll lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods, accuracy of inventory, and performance of your team.

What you'll be doing:

• Supervising daily warehouse operations including receiving, dispatch, and inventory control
• Leading and supporting a small team to meet productivity and safety goals
• Coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and documentation
• Track and report KPIs such as order accuracy, stock variances, and on-time dispatch
• Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation and reporting
• Driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with WHS standards

What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role
* Strong knowledge of warehouse systems, inventory control, and forklift operations (Counter Balance and High Reach)
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Hands-on leadership style with a focus on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
