What You’ll Do

• Assess the technical details of construction and engineering projects to set insurance terms, pricing, and policy clauses
• Collaborate with brokers, loss adjusters, claims teams, and risk engineers
• Analyse materials, build methods, environmental risks, testing/commissioning, and project timelines
• Ensure all compliance and administrative requirements are met
• Build strong, lasting relationships across the industry

What We’re Looking For

• Insurance professionals with several years’ experience, looking to specialise in construction and engineering underwriting, OR
• Engineering/technical professionals with 2–3+ years’ experience (ideally including site exposure) ready to transition into insurance
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• A confident communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly
• IT savvy with great attention to detail
• Self-driven, organised, and capable of working independently
