We are seeking skilled Civil Formworkers / Operators to join our substation construction team. This role is suited to individuals experienced in civil works within electrical or infrastructure environments, confident in both formwork and machine operation, and capable of maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out concrete and formwork construction for substation foundations, plinths, and pits

Operate machinery such as excavators, skid steers, and rollers for trenching and foundations

Read and interpret civil and structural drawings

Install conduits, earthing, and drainage systems as part of substation builds

Assist with reinforcement, pours, and site QA documentation

Maintain safe work practices and site compliance

Skills & Experience

Proven civil experience in substation or infrastructure construction

Competency with formwork and concreting (foundations, slabs, plinths)

Machine operating experience with valid VOCs/tickets

White Card (essential); HR licence, dogging or rigging tickets (advantageous)

Ability to work as part of a disciplined and professional team
