WHAT'S ON OFFER
Brand new $100m + Government project in the Western Suburbs. Full site team, excellent trades, great systems and scope to move into an SPE role for future works.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design management and coordination
• Client coordination and liaison
• Tendering
• Budget Estimate and reporting
• Site Establishment and planning
• Construction coordination and management
• Site variation and design change
• Assist PM with accurate preparation of reports
• Track ITP's and hold points
• Resolve issues with variations and design changes

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Construction Management Degree or Civil Engineering Degree
• Proven local Construction industry experience on $100m plus commercial projects
• Must have a stable career history within the Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction industry
• Strong construction site or project engineering experience
• Must be a wizard at programming the schedule of works
• The ability to work to and meet tight deadlines
• Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest and high level of integrity
