About the Role
Are you an experienced Resi Credit Analyst seeking new opportunities with a reputable organisation? Look no further! A well established, trusted and leading commercial & residential property finance lender has an opening in their Broker team due to organic growth. If you have a strong background in residential lending credit assessment and a DLA or DCA, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities

• Assess both direct & third party, secured residential loan applications
• Assist brokers assess deals
• Assess borrower profiles, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities, to determine creditworthiness and risk levels
• Conduct in-depth risk assessments, identifying mitigating factors
• Prepare comprehensive credit reports and make informed recommendations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry regulations and market trends, adapting credit policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Preferable a FNS40122 Certificate IV in Credit Management (Cert 4)(Cert 4)

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Credit Analyst, with a strong background in residential lending credit
• Experience of working with Banks
• Strong numerical literacy
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Pathway to being a Broker!
