As a global franchising dessert café brand, we are playing a leading role in the dessert cafe industry of the great Sydney area.

We are currently seeking a full-time Chef for our busy business located in Chatswood Interchange, Chatswood NSW 2067.

Your duties will include:

Prepare and present the customized food orders.

Monitoring the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation

Maintain a high standard and consistent quality in the daily food preparation.

Keep abreast of the new products, recipes, and preparation techniques.

Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastages, and cost control.

Working on and with the hot and cold commercial kitchen equipment.

Monitoring and controlling wastage, and portion control on a day-by-day basis Responsible for ensuring food safety and kitchen sanitation.

Responsible for food ordering and kitchen maintenance.

Organizing the food inventory and ordering supplies.

Training new kitchen staff

Salary rates:

$77,000 - $80,000+Superannuation

Requirements of position:

Diploma in Kitchen Management or at least 3 years equivalent work experiences as a chef

At least two years relevant experiences as a chef
