Hotel Ravesis, a boutique hotel located in the heart of Bondi Beach, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant with potential to progress into a supervisory role. This is a casual position with 2–5 shifts per week, with more opportunities available during the upcoming summer peak season. Immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and service guest rooms, serviced apartments, and common areas to the highest hygiene and presentation standards

Supervise and support the housekeeping team to ensure efficient daily operations (for supervisory candidates)

Monitor inventory and restock housekeeping supplies

Report maintenance or repair issues promptly

Provide friendly, professional customer service to hotel guests

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel room cleaning is essential

Supervisory experience (min. 1 year) highly regarded for progression into a leadership role

Strong English communication skills – essential for guest interaction and safety procedures

Must be physically fit

Must have full Australian working rights

Available to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
