About the role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at the Comfort Inn All Seasons Ballina, NSW. In this casual role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms and public areas, contributing to the overall exceptional experience of our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring all surfaces are sanitised and spotless

Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns to the relevant department

Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to provide a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, ideally within the hospitality industry or Commerical Industry

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness

A friendly, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
