ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking motivated, people-focused individuals to manage our pop-up retail stores at Belmont, Booragoon, Carousel, Claremont, Cockburn, Innaloo, Karrinyup, Mandurah, Midland Gate, Rockingham, Warwick Grove or Whitford City this holiday season. This is a unique self-employment opportunity from November to January where you'll run your own short-term business.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage store performance and achieve sales targets

• Recruit, train, and lead a small casual team

• Maintain high visual merchandising standards

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Handle inventory management and day-to-day operations

• Drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

• Current driver's licence and access to reliable vehicle

• Availability for 6-8 weeks over November-December period

• Strong leadership and people management abilities

• Organised, responsible approach with self-starter mentality

• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential
