We are a manufacturer and distributor of lighting products and we are seeking a sales and customer service co-ordinator to join our successful sales team.

The Role

We're looking for a motivated salesperson who thrives on generating new business and closing deals. In this primarily phone- and email-based role, you'll connect with building industry clients, present our product range, and negotiate profitable outcomes. If you enjoy chasing commissions and want the autonomy to drive your own success, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively prospect, qualify, and engage new B2B clients within the building industry
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships through regular phone and email communication
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract signing and follow-up
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate lighting and electrical solutions
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and earn generous commissions

Answering inbound sales enquiries via phone and email.

Assisting customers with placing orders

Mostly dealing with existing clients (B2B).

Don't need industry or product experience

We are a busy small no-nonsense team, no corporate BS

Team environment with lots of support provided.

About You

You're a self-starter who thrives on hitting (and surpassing) targets
You have excellent communication skills, particularly via phone and email
You're comfortable with B2B selling and understand (or can quickly learn) the building industry
You're energetic, adaptable, and driven by results—especially your commission
Prior experience selling lighting, electrical, or building products is beneficial but not essential
