ABOUT GAZI

Born in Melbourne. Inspired by Athens. Reimagined in Sydney.

Gazi is a bold, unapologetic celebration of Greek food done differently. A Melbourne institution known for its wild energy, loud flavours, and playful spirit, Gazi brings a fresh edge to the dining scene.

Now lighting up the heart of Darlinghurst, Gazi Sydney channels the vibe of a Greek supper club colliding with a late-night street party. Think big flavours, electric playlists, and high-impact hospitality that doesn’t miss a beat.

Gazi isn’t just a venue. It’s a feeling.

ABOUT YOU

At GAZI, we don’t just host events – we create moments people talk about long after the night ends. We need a sales lead who’s hungry, charismatic, and thrives on turning ideas into packed-out, unforgettable experiences.

This isn’t just about filling the calendar – it’s about driving revenue, building relationships, and sharing the energy of one of Sydney’s most electric venues. If you’ve got the hustle, the passion, and the presence to match the GAZI vibe, we want you at the table.
