About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven New Share Sales Representative to join the dynamic team at JONATHAN NINA & CO CAPITAL LTD'. As a New Share Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively generating new business opportunities and expanding the company's client base in the Parramatta, NSW 2150 region. This full-time position offers the opportunity to play a key role in the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Identify and qualify potential new clients through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting activities

Arrange and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to understand their investment needs and present our share trading solutions

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to effectively communicate the benefits of our services

Negotiate and close new sales agreements, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients

Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system

Continuously expand your product knowledge to provide clients with expert advice and guidance

Collaborate with the broader sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall sales strategy

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the financial services or investment industry

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients

Thorough understanding of the share trading and investment landscape, including relevant regulations and industry trends

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets

Tertiary qualification in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
