My client is an established Australian cloud communications company with an overseas presence and has enjoyed continued growth over the last couple of years - they have a strong focus on building their own products and offering high-quality professional services.

We’re looking for a Senior QA Analyst who loves detail, takes pride in quality, and ensures everything works exactly as intended. If you’re curious, collaborative and passionate about user experience, this could be the role for you.

The Role

Own QA for major features, from planning through to release

Execute manual test cases, log bugs, and ensure quality at every stage

Collaborate with developers, product, and design throughout the lifecycle

Contribute to documentation and UAT support

Champion process improvements to lift quality across the team

What You’ll Bring

4+ years’ QA or testing experience in agile teams

Strong knowledge of manual and exploratory testing techniques

Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and QA best practices

Technical understanding of web apps, APIs, logs, JSON and status codes

Excellent written communication and attention to detail

Organised, methodical and confident working under pressure

Nice to Have

Experience with complex web apps, distributed systems or cloud platforms

Exposure to CX/contact centre solutions (e.g. Amazon Connect)

Tools like Postman, Fiddler, or similar

Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or AWS
