About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer with a proven track record in building and maintaining large-scale integrations, particularly with Intuit QuickBooks. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex enterprise-grade solutions, designing and implementing high-performance integrations that support critical business functions.

As a senior member of our development team, you will take ownership of integration architecture, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with product managers and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain integrations with QuickBooks and other third-party systems.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using C#, .NET, and Microsoft SQL Server.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise integration performance and reliability.

Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy for integrations.

Mentor and support junior developers, ensuring best practices in software development.

Participate in code reviews, design sessions, and agile ceremonies.

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 8+ years’ experience as a software developer, with at least 5 years in a senior role.

Demonstrated experience in building large-scale integrations, with a strong focus on QuickBooks.

Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, C#, and .NET (Core/Framework).

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0), and web services.

Experience with cloud environments (Azure) is highly desirable.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
