HSE Pacific is looking for a driven and passionate Safety Shield Representative to represent and support our cutting-edge safety technology, Safety Shield, across Victoria.

What is Safety Shield?

Safety Shield is an AI-powered pedestrian detection system designed to reduce the risk of people being struck by mobile plant. Already gaining traction in the civil, mining, and construction industries, our system is saving lives, and we need someone just as passionate to help spread the word and support our clients on the ground.

What You'll Be Doing:

Driving sales growth by educating and influencing site personnel and key decision makers on the Safety Shield system’s value and application

Supporting live trials and working with clients to interpret results

Conducting on-site visits and demonstrations across VIC

Troubleshooting basic system issues (full tech support provided)

Building relationships with WHS leaders, project managers, and plant operators

Providing feedback to our internal product and development team

Representing HSE Pacific and Safety Shield at safety meetings, toolbox talks, and industry events

About You:

WHS Advisor, WHS Specialist, or Safety Manager with field experience- Advantageous

Comfortable working on active construction or mining sites

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Tech-savvy or willing to learn the tech side of our system

Self-motivated and happy to work autonomously

Passionate about safety and making a real-world difference

Bonus if you have:

Exposure to mobile plant or heavy equipment environments

Experience delivering training or product demonstrations

Role Essentials:

VIC-based, with travel to client sites (vehicle and travel expenses covered)

Full training provided on Safety Shield systems and sales process

Support from a national team with technical and commercial expertise
