The role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Commercial and Litigation Lawyer, where you'll play a central role in managing our case loads, while helping us deliver exceptional service. You'll handle a variety of matters, making you an integral part of our firm's "family" dynamic. This is a full-time position with standard hours.

Key responsibilities include:

Provide expert advice on commercial matters: Advise clients on business transactions, contracts, mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory compliance to support their commercial objectives.

Manage litigation cases: Handle all aspects of civil litigation, including case preparation, discovery, negotiations, and representation in court or alternative dispute resolution forums.

Draft and review legal documents: Prepare and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, pleadings, and legal opinions with precision and attention to detail.

Represent clients in disputes: Advocate for clients in commercial disputes, ensuring effective strategy and resolution to protect their interests.

Build and maintain client relationships: Foster long-term partnerships with clients in a family-oriented practice, delivering personalized service and proactive legal support.

Contribute to firm operations: Collaborate with the team on business development, internal processes, and mentoring junior staff to enhance practice efficiency
