Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook pizzas to established recipes and standards

Hand-stretch high-hydration dough to perfection

Independently manage the pizza section with consistency and care

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your station

Collaborate with the broader kitchen team to ensure smooth service

Showcase your own culinary flair with opportunities to contribute ideas and have input into the menu

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Pizza Chef, including dough handling and stretching

Passion for Italian cuisine and commitment to traditional methods and flavours

High performance under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen

Keen attention to detail and pride in presentation and quality

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Australian work rights preferred – however, visa sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate

Availability to work both day and evening shifts as required for this full-time position
