Join the national peak body representing Australia’s growing SMSF sector and support the high-performing Events Team.

We’re looking for a motivated Events Coordinator to support the smooth coordination and execution of premium events that deliver an outstanding delegate experience for our members.

About the role

Reporting to the Events Manager, you will:

Handle end-to-end coordination of event programs to ensure seamless session delivery

Manage speaker communications, briefings, and logistics

Lead sponsor and exhibitor engagement, including developing and managing floorplans and supplier coordination

Plan and deliver Local Community events in collaboration with Chair and Committee members

Provide onsite support and ensure smooth event execution to the highest standard

Contribute to a premium delegate experience across the Association’s events calendar

About you

You’re a detail-orientated and proactive events professional who thrives on creating seamless experiences. You’ll bring:

3+ years’ demonstrated experience in event management

Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills

Exceptional organisational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality of deliverables

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours work and interstate travel

Desirable:

Experience in member associations or not-for-profit environments

Knowledge of the financial services sector
