The Role:
YellowBridge is looking for a full time Quality Administrator to join our Business Services team supporting the wider organisation.
The Quality Administrator has a varied and interesting role across a suite of services and programs, ensuring the organisation’s quality management systems remain current and compliant with legislative frameworks. This position spans all aspects of quality and the ongoing management of the quality system. It also requires strong relationship management as a key function of the role. For someone with strong administrative skills, this role will be particularly rewarding, offering both variety and purpose in a values-driven environment.
The key objectives of the role are:
Support the development of risk and compliance procedures, plans, tools and training materials to maintain effective and consistent application of compliance activities
Risk management to recognise areas where the organisation might be vulnerable to non-compliance
Monitoring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Provision of data for internal and external reporting
Robust relationship management with internal and key external stakeholders
Professional representation of YellowBridge QLD in all areas of the community
High level administration skills are a must, including high level knowledge and ability to use Microsoft office products including Sharepoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Working knowledge of legislation and industry standards such as NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework, Aged Care Quality Standards, and relevant experience with ISO Standard 9001:2015 would be advantageous but not a requirement for the role. A strong background in process development and monitoring, organisational administration and demonstrable attention to detail will set your application apart from others.
