We’re on the lookout for a trade-qualified Maintenance Fitter to support critical operations at our Carole Park food manufacturing site. If you’re mechanically minded and keen to work on a 4-on, 4-off rotating roster, this could be the stable, well-paid role you’ve been looking for.

What you’ll be doing

• Attending breakdowns and completing preventative maintenance
• Installing new food processing equipment and mechanical systems
• Diagnosing mechanical faults and performing hands-on repairs
• Inspecting, fabricating and assembling components using welding and machining tools
• Documenting maintenance activity and ensuring compliance with safety protocols
• Collaborating with the production team to keep machinery running smoothly

What you’ll need

• Australian-recognised Cert III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade or Fitting & Turning
• Valid drivers licence and Australian work rights
• General tig welding / fabricating skills are a must
• Reliable transport to get to and from Carole Park
