Long standing manufacturing facility based in Carole Park requires multiple skilled Fitters and Turners with basic hydraulic and pneumatic experience. Basic understanding of die setting would be a benefit for the maintenance we do on site but not essential.

The ideal candidate will need to be from a manufacturing background preferably from a high-volume precision background to ensure production continues without any faults or loss of production.

This role will be reporting to the production manager and facility engineers and electricians to implement procedures and installation of machines and upgrade existing equipment.

Key Responsibilities.

· Managing the preventative maintenance for plant and equipment including company assets and robotic automation machines

· Liaising with the plant engineer to ensure all new machines and equipment are installed correctly

· Flexible hours over the summer period

· Previous experience working within a close-knit team environment

· Participation in toolbox and team meetings and maintain workplace relationships

· Must have Australian recognised qualifications including full working rights in Australia

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Maintain and use mechanical equipment as designed and effectively diagnose, and fault-find mechanical equipment
