They are seeking motivated Cruise & Holiday Travel Consultants to join their dynamic team to deliver unforgettable experiences across the world.

Your Role:

As a Cruise & Holiday Travel Consultant, you'll guide clients through every step of their journey, from initial enquiry to post-cruise follow-up. You'll create bespoke cruise itineraries, River, Ocean, and Luxury cruise holidays, group tours, and private expedition travel experiences. With full support and training, you'll have the chance to hit ambitious sales targets and enjoy uncapped commissions.

What You'll Do:

• Manage inbound cruise, holiday, and travel enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Create personalised itineraries for cruises, River, Ocean, Luxury holidays, and global expedition travel.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Build long-term client relationships, encouraging repeat bookings and referrals.
• Utilise cruise booking systems (Polar, SeaWeb) and GDS platforms (Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus); conversion training provided if needed.
• Work a rotating weekday roster, with occasional weekend shifts.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in travel sales, ideally in cruises, River, Ocean, Luxury holidays, or expedition travel.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Passion for cruise and international travel.
• Tech-savvy with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the travel industry.
