THE ROLE

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced groups travel consultant to join a dynamic, close-knit team and deliver seamless group travel experiences.

We are seeking a motivated, well-travelled and energetic consultant with a passion for travel, particularly in sports, to provide the best travel experience for corporate groups and events.

This is your opportunity to showcase your group travel arrangements skills, by organising international and domestic travel logistics, including airline, accommodation, car hire and other ground arrangements.

You will need to maintain a consistently high standard of customer service, ensuring travel requests are actioned within client SLAs. You will serve as the main point of contact for all travel-related inquiries and issues, managing accurate client files and creating precise expense reports for clients, as necessary.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Previous experience managing complex group travel arrangements

Proven GDS Experience – Amadeus preferred

Impeccable attention to detail

Strong international destination knowledge

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Strong time management and organisational skills

Flexible, motivated and reliable team player

Enjoys working in a vibrant and passionate culture

Ability to work well under pressure and results driven
