Bring your passion for the travel industry to this dynamic and high energy role where you'll be responsible for handling the logistics for entertainment, sports & music touring clients.

THE ROLE

Manage all aspects of travel arrangements, including air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation for VIP clients.

Provide an exceptional client experience by adhering to SLAs

Problem-solve under high-pressure with extremely short lead times

Cultivate excellent relationships with suppliers to ensure the best outcomes for clients

Develop close rapports with tour managers to tailor travel experiences for the artists

Resolve travel-related issues & emergencies in a timely and professional manner

Promote company's brand through participation in networking events & online presence

Stay updated on industry trends & best practices to continuously improve the travel experience

Gather & store travel data efficiently, reducing the need to repeatedly ask clients for information

Facilitate seat preferences & meal requests to enhance the overall travel experience for clients

Promote high customer satisfaction by resolving problems with knowledgeable & friendly service

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Min 2 years corporate travel consulting experience preferably with VIP clientele

Group coordination skills highly desirable

Strong GDS skills and fares knowledge essential

Superb communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

Demonstrated capability in engaging clients & delivering exceptional service

Dynamic and results-driven professional

Appreciation for the different communication styles required when working with team members and clients

Ability to remain flexible to support last-minute demands
