The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our team. This role offers a wide variety of work across both agricultural and earthmoving machinery. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, service, and repair a range of agricultural and earthmoving equipment

Carry out preventative maintenance and field service requirements

Conduct fault finding, troubleshooting, and testing

Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Ensure all work is performed to the highest safety and quality standards

Contribute positively to team culture and uphold company values

Skills & Experience

Trade qualification as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic (or equivalent)

Previous experience with agricultural or earthmoving machinery (highly desirable)

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Current driver's licence (HR licence highly regarded)

Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service
