Responsibilities
- Effectively manage account portfolio, ensuring it aligns with overall ANZ objectives.
- Negotiate in-store and online "game plans," including merchandising programs, Balance of Floor (BOF), and Balance of Sale (BOS), for execution by Field sales representatives.
- Manage online customers performance marketing strategies including: Ad spend management, CRO & ROAS optimisation as well as traffic generation.
- Manage revenue, Direct Contribution Margin (DCM) by category, and Trade Partner Investment (TPI) by account across the assigned customer base.
- Manage online Marketplace to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained and planned in advance of Marketing promotions by engaging relevant internal stakeholders.
- Drive effective sell-in and sell-through of products, with a strong focus on New Product Development (NPD) and strategic imperatives.
- Act as a consultant to customers, enhancing margins through increased sales and improving product mix.
- Negotiate strategic growth agreements for each quarter.
- Capture and communicate internally industry and competitor insights.
- Collaborate with the Training & Execution team to maximise sell-through.
- Cultivate strategic and positive relationships with trade customers.
- Align business processes across Marketing, Category, and Supply Chain for activity and demand planning.
Skills
- Bachelor of Business, a related discipline, or other similar tertiary qualification/s.
- Minimum of three years of proven digital key account management experience.
- E-commerce experience or managed e-comm accounts.
- Strong business acumen and superior negotiation skills.
- Excellent training, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Friendly, engaging, and positive personality and approach.
- High level of self-motivation.
- Fully licensed to drive passenger vehicles.
- Ideally culinary and/ or small appliances interest.
