We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Passenger Services Baggage Agent to join our team, working across various airlines.

This opportunity is Part Time - Min 20 hours per week.

This position supports the Passenger Services department by assisting both Customer Airlines and Passengers with their baggage queries. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer and airline inquiries related to passenger baggage with professionalism and efficiency.

Processed baggage claims and files in accordance with Menzies Aviation and partner airline procedures.

Adherence to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

Performed regular lifting and movement of passenger baggage, up to 32kg.

Provided timely updates to passengers regarding delayed or missing baggage, ensuring communication within prescribed airline timelines.

Management of missing baggage files and delivery of bags to passengers.
