AIRPORT SHUTTLE DESK STAFF

Exemplar Coaches and Limousines is a local family owned airport transfer company, servicing the Cairns-Port Douglas region for 32 years. Many independent travellers choose our reliable professional services as do the majority of inbound agents.

Our company operates the two desks at the Cairns International Airport, as such we currently seek a dynamic person to join our busy airport desk team and be part of the welcoming face for our visitors.

This role can be fast paced at times. Currently we seek applicants for this position with the following natural attributes and skill sets:

 Flexible to work various shifts.

This role’s main function is to meet and greet booked arrival passengers, process bookings across the desk for walk up passengers, co ordinate passengers with drivers and their vehicles.

Exemplar Coaches and Limousines operates 365 days per year therefore, weekend and public holiday work are essential to meet the needs of our customers. The desk must be manned from the first to last flight of the day, seven days a week. Our concierges cover various shifts in accordance with flight activity and must be flexible in adapting to meet the needs of the business.

Previous experience in the tourism sector is an advantage, but not essential. All employees receive initial competency based training and ongoing coaching.
