This is a casual role but it will also offer regular on-going hours for the right candidate with an immediate start. To be considered for these roles you will need to have:-

- A genuine passion for our industry with the desire to provide exceptional service.

- Previous experience working in a fine dining restaurant and/or fast-paced cocktail bar

- An exceptional work ethic with a keen eye for detail

- Solid values, including punctuality, trustworthiness and reliability

- Excellent overall beverage knowledge with a sound understanding of wine

- Excellent cocktail knowledge with a respect and understanding of classic cocktails.
