The opportunity

Bobbi's Restaurant at The Hilton Hotel (SA 5033) is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Saturday and Sunday Function Staff to join our team. As a casual worker, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our hotel's functions and events over the weekend.

Key responsibilities

Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival at functions and events

Setting up and maintaining function rooms, including tables, chairs, and other equipment

Serving food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner

Clearing and cleaning tables, and restocking supplies as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar role, such as waiting staff or hospitality, is highly desirable

Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well as part of a team

Flexibility to work weekends
