The Colley Hotel has been an iconic beachside hotel pub and restaurant since 1869. Located in the heart of Moseley Square and is only metres away from the white sands and pristine waters of Glenelg Beach.

Who are we looking for?

The Colley hotel is an iconic pub located in Glenelg that is on the hunt for some new team members to join us with the busy spring and summer. The venue is a large multifaceted pub with a locals sports bar, casual destination lounge and music bar, bistro pub dinning, multiple function spaces and a pokies room. Upstairs we have our newly renovated Italian themed Bar and semi fine dinning Restaurant Molly's. The space also hosts a premium experience bottle service area. Seeking the following roles:

Bartenders (cocktail experience)

Restaurant Wait Staff

Gaming/TAB Attendants

Bottle Service experienced staff

Hosts/door staff

We have casual positions for both bar and wait staff available.

Job Responsibilities

Provide friendly and helpful service to patrons in a clean and welcoming space

Be an exceptionally skilled bar person knowledgeable in beer, wine & cocktails

Well presented, displaying excellent communication skills in an energetic and enthusiastic manner.

A strong awareness restaurant service including food knowledge and an ability to deliver exceptional customer journey whilst simultaneously driving up-sales.

Be proficient with the use of TAB operation

Gaming experience will be held in high regard

Adhere to current RSA regulations and company policies

These positions require the availability to work a rotating roster of days, nights, and weekends, with an understanding that Weekends and nights are a core availability requirement. Previous hospitality experience is not essential however preferred with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Gaming specific qualifications can be applied for whilst applying for the job. Previous experience and qualifications will be held in high regard.
