Position Profile:

Responsible for the provision and coordination of primary health care to communities including remote locations. Includes the provision of Nursing Services encompassing emergency care, chronic disease management, child health, immunisation, health promotion, and education.

The occupant of this position is required to demonstrate a positive commitment to modelling our organisational values, safety and quality improvement and the Code of Conduct in all aspects of their employment.
