Position Overview:

We are seeking a Graduate Engineer to join our Plumbing and Civil Business. As a Graduate Engineer, you will play an integral role in the design, development, and implementation of projects, working alongside experienced Plumbers in the industry. This is an excellent opportunity to build a successful career in engineering with ample learning and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of engineering solutions
• Support in the preparation of project plans, designs, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure project requirements are met within time and budget constraints.
• Conduct research and provide recommendations for product and process improvements.
• Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance of engineering designs and systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all engineering work.
• Participate in meetings and communicate project progress to senior management.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and development.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software tools (AutoCAD, MATLAB, etc.) is a plus (depending on the field of engineering).
