About the Role

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Residential Site Supervisor to oversee new home builds from start to finish. This role requires a professional who can manage trades, uphold quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget - all while keeping the client experience front of mind.

Key responsibilities include 🔨

• Coordinating and supervising daily site activities across multiple projects
• Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and scheduling to meet deadlines
• Ensuring compliance with WHS standards, building codes, and company policies
• Maintaining strong communication with clients, head office, and trades
• Conducting site inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and defect management
• Driving a positive safety and team culture onsite

Skills and Experience ✔

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential home building (volume or custom)
• Trade background or relevant building qualifications (QBCC Site Supervisor Licence mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and WHS legislation
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong leadership style with the ability to engage and motivate subcontractors
• Professional, client-focused approach with strong communication skills
