About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to provide a high level of client focused service to ensure a high-quality, responsive supply service. Undertake a range of tasks associated with the effective operation of the physical distribution function, including receipt, warehousing, distribution and delivery and support to storage locations throughout Community and Oral Health.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Perform end-to-end functions associated with the receipt, handling, storage, picking and packing, dispatch and delivery of stores and supplies.
- Build functional partnerships with supply chain and purchasing personnel, external suppliers and Community and Oral Health staff in relation to supply matters.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or anomalies identified in relation to receipt, handling, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery of stores.
- Investigate and respond to customer queries and complaints, ensuring a high quality and timely outcome is provided.
