In a relatively short space of time this private business has fast become an Australian success story and scaled rapidly into a global consumer brand.

Reporting to a veteran Managing Director, this is a genuinely unique finance role, given the focus is predominantly commercial, strategic and operational in nature. The business runs on a bleeding edge tech stack, enabling the production of data across the supply chain and creating capacity for the Commercial Director to focus almost entirely on ‘value-add’ areas.

The remit is to create capacity for the Managing Director by picking up a significant portion of his role across strategic and commercial finance, operations as well as technology. You are supported by best-in-class outsourced partners and will enjoy full autonomy as well as flexibility and a controllable work/life balance.

You will have experience from consumer facing businesses, ideally product e-commerce and supply chain dynamics. Whilst you have a grounding in finance (CA/CIMA/CFA qualified) your strength and focus is commercial finance, strategy execution, analytics and insight and producing and communicating exceptional commercial outputs. You may be a current Head of Commercial Finance, Head of Strategy or 2iC sitting behind a CFO, ready to step up and take on your first lead role. If you do not have international experience, you have a global view as this business sells in over 50 territories. You have a passion for what you do as well as the energy and confidence to be successful in this role.
