The Role & Company

Working for one of the household names in the industry, you will be a proven Project Director with a Resume you are proud of. You will be tasked with the delivery of complex new build projects overseeing all facets of delivery from initial ECI through to client handover. Your people management skills will be as important as your building & commercial acumen that will have been developed and refined as you have become more experienced in your career.

There are 3 potential projects for you to start with all currently either in design or signed up on ECI. They span Education, Infrastructure (Buildings) & a commercial high rise tower in the CBD and vary in value from $150 - $450M. You will be supported by a capable programmer, design manager, services team, commercial manager and a highly proven Senior Site Manager as the key components of your team, supplemented by the relevant staff to assure a well structured delivery capability.

Qualifications & Experience

You will be a proven Project Director within the Australian construction industry & be able to rely on a Resume that demonstrates longevity of employment, strong references from all areas of the industry & a project list commensurate with the advertised projects

Experience in Commercial construction, ideally across high rise commercial towers & State Government will be high on the employers' wishlist & you will be able to show a minimum of 5 years working as a Senior PM / Project Director on $100M+ projects
