Your New Opportunity:

An excellent full time, permanent career opportunity has arisen for an Off Highway Supervisor to join our team in Darwin. You will be leading the Off Highway Service team, providing safe, timely and responsive service to our customers and contribute to the safety and efficiency of the Branch.

Other responsibilities include:

· Allocate technicians tasks as required.

· Conduct toolbox meetings.

· Provide technical assistance to Service Technicians.

· Review and action of Repair Orders for invoicing.

· Complete warranty Repair Orders in set guidelines.

About You:

· Diesel mechanic trade or similar.

· Ability to lead a team in a heavy industry environment.

· Diesel engine experience in MTU or similar.

· Certificate 4 in frontline management is desired.

· Risk Management Experience is desired.

· Team player who will adhere to and promote the Company's Values and Behaviours.
