Anytime Fitness is a global 24-hour health and fitness franchise now hiring proactive and passionate Club Managers and Membership Consultants for our Logan Clubs, due to exciting upcoming business growth.

As the Club Manager, you'll be the heart of our gym, creating a welcoming environment and driving the success of the business. As a Membership Consultant you will be a crucial member of the team, engaging and attracting new members to the club and liaising with current members. Regardless of your position with us, you will enjoy working in a health club environment, have a friendly, outgoing personality and genuinely care about changing people's lives!

We are looking for:

A dynamic, outgoing personality who can lead, inspire and motivate a team

Previous management experience (for our Club Manager positions only), ideally in hospitality, retail or the fitness industry

Passionate about health and fitness and maintaining high standards of club cleanliness and safety

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

While sales experience is a plus, it's not essential — we hire for great attitude, and we are so happy to provide extensive training to those who have it!

Current (or willing to obtain) First Aid and CPR Certificate, Blue Card

Key tasks:

Drive the growth of the club's membership base through a proactive sales approach and community outreach

Develop and maintain a high-performing team that delivers exceptional member service (for our Club Manager positions only)

Promote a positive, inclusive club culture that aligns with the Anytime Fitness brand

Ensure the club meets its financial objectives and maintains operational efficiency

Plan and implement marketing strategies to continuously attract new members
