Anytime Fitness is a global 24-hour health and fitness franchise now hiring a proactive and passionate Club Manager for our Nambour location. As the Club Manager, you'll be the heart of our gym, creating a welcoming environment and driving the success of the business.

β’ A dynamic, outgoing personality who can lead, inspire and motivate a team
β’ Previous management experience, ideally in hospitality, retail or the fitness industry
β’ Passionate about health and fitness and maintaining high standards of club cleanliness and safety
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
β’ While sales experience is a plus, it's not essential β we believe in training passionate individuals who are eager to learn and grow in their career

β’ Drive the growth of the club's membership base through a proactive sales approach and community outreach
β’ Develop and maintain a high-performing team that delivers exceptional member service
β’ Promote a positive, inclusive club culture that aligns with the Anytime Fitness brand
β’ Ensure the club meets its financial objectives and maintains operational efficiency
β’ Plan and implement marketing strategies to continuously attract new members
