Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience in business services / public practice
• CA/CPA qualified or near completion
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills
• Knowledge of Australian tax legislation and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to meet deadlines
• Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior team members (desirable)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare BAS, IAS, payroll tax and tax returns for a varied client base
• Prepare financial statements across different entity structures
• Handle account reconciliations and support tax provision work
• Work with clients to deliver clear, timely tax advice
• Investigate and resolve technical tax matters, offering practical solutions
